Incorporated in 1962, Tasek Corporation Berhad (a member of Hong Leong Asia Ltd., Singapore) is one of the oldest integrated cement plant in Malaysia and commenced cement production in Ipoh, Perak in 1964 as Tasek Cement Limited. The annual rated production capacity was 250,000 tonnes before expanded the rated capacity to produce up to 2.3 million tonnes of clinker production per year.
Tasek, from the beginning has been one of the major cement manufacturer under its established Crocodile brand, “Cap Buaya”.
Tasek Concrete Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tasek Corporation Berhad, is one of the major ready-mixed concrete (RMC) supplier in the Klang Valley and is well recognised for its consistency RMC quality and reliability in supply.
